A Sinner's Prayer

Lord, this hour I need to feel
Your touch
To know that you're close by
To be reassured that you've not forsaken me

For if you have
Then there's no point in living
For without you, I'll be careening downhill
Like a car that's out of control

So, Lord please reveal yourself
Intervene into my situation
Set the record right
As much for my sake as well as yours
In Jesus' Name
